Chef Jafe Coture

 

Chef Jafe Coture has a love for the culinary arts that started a young age and has grown to his renowned achievements today. Following in the lead of his father for many years, Jafe dedicated years to his Red Seal Certification. While starting his career on the line at Boston Pizza in Nova Scotia, he quickly elevated to becoming the Executive Chef at La Cucina Ristorante and Port Cunnington Lodge, Ontario.  Over the years Jafe has developed and honed his creativity and techniques used in the kitchen to offer exceptional dishes. Taking inspiration from his father and other chefs’ alike Chef Jafe Coture gravitates towards Italian and French style cuisines. 

 

Chef Jafe Coture joins our team as the executive chef, bringing his years of experience to Orillia! We are excited to be a part of Chef Jafe’s journey in bringing a culinary experience to our patrons at the Portage by the Lake.
